Hammer Travel LLC provides travel opportunities for people with developmental disabilities that are unique, safe, and enjoyable. Hammer Travel LLC is a subsidiary of Hammer Residences Inc, a service provider for people with developmental disabilities for over 85 years. By adding Hammer Travel we are proud to be expanding our mission of “Providing People with Developmental Disabilities the Opportunity to Experience Life to its Fullest.”

Our Service Standards:

  • Safety: Our travel team will receive thorough training, including CPR, First Aid, Behavioral Supports and many other trainings to benefit and enhance the trip for travelers and staff alike.
  • Destination/Variety: We strive to make every experience unique by finding destination-specific activities as opposed to only visiting the popular attractions.
  • Level of Assistance Ratio: Our staff-to-traveler ratio will typically be 1:4 and can be reduced depending on need.
  • Traveler Satisfaction: Our travelers will be provided with a detailed trip itinerary, non-stop flights (unless prohibitive), efficient and safe transportation at each destination, comfortable accommodations, excellent staff support, and a range of wonderful activities.
